By attending Dungeon Siege West, all attendees, vendors, participants, and volunteers acknowledge and agree that Dungeon Siege West (DSW / DSW LLC) and Red Hawk Avalon (RHA) along with their affiliates, staff, sponsors, and partners—shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, claims, or liabilities of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to attendance at or participation in the festival. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, or any unforeseen incidents. Once you are on or near the general property of Red Hawk Avalon your participation is at your own risk.

Parking is limited. Carpooling helps reduce impact on the environment and supports RHA’s ecosystem recovery.
Be prepared to camp and be in the elements
This is a camping event in the wild of the NW.
No food trucks will be on site
Bring your your food, water, power supply, and any personal items you will need
Pack for rain or shine! Check the weather and bring sunblock and rain slickers for extra security
Please see “General Info” for more details about near by stores, restaurants and more
No oversized vehicles.
We don’t have space for RVs, trailers, or large vehicles.
BRING CASH.
There is little to no cell or Wi-Fi service. Digital payments may not work.
Gate Hours:
Gates open daily at 10:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM.
If you arrive after 7:00 PM,
If you have checked in prior to 7pm (signed wavers, received your wrist band you may have gate access after hours. Please be mindful of the gate if you come and go.
If you arrive after 7pm and have not checked in and signed waivers and received your wrist band please come back the next day.
No utilities on-site
There is no running water or electricity. Bring everything you need and pack it out when you leave.
Eco-friendly hygiene only
If you plan to wash in the creek, bring biodegradable soap.
Tent size matters
Bring a tent suitable for your group size. Please avoid oversized tents (e.g., bell tents) to ensure space for all.
Leave No Trace
Take everything you brought with you. Trash, gear, all of it. Leave the land better than you found it.
Cash for vendors & artists
Support local creatives with cash, as digital payments likely won’t work.
Fires
No open fires at campsites. Fires are only allowed in the designated bonfire area.
This is a welcoming space.

What to expect when you arrive
PARKING / ARRIVALS / CAMPING

Helps the land, the environment, and eases parking strain. We still have parking challenged to overcome so please aid in our efforts
GATE HOURS
Open: 10 AM
Closed: 7 PM
General attendees may line up single file at the gate entrance on the left side of the road starting at 10am
If you are permitted beyond the gate drive to the gate and and an attendant will check you and have you sign wavers before entering
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF PEDESTRIANS BEFORE AND BEYOND THE GATE
PARKING
Only staff, artists, vendors, and volunteers may enter past the gate.
General attendees park in the parking field just before the gate. You will have to walk 1/4 mile to festival grounds so bring a trolly or extra pair of hands. If you need special accommodations due to a disability let the gate attendant know.
Car camping is allowed in the lot.
No tent setups or structures in the parking field
1 portapotties is available.
No littering or land damage. Pack your trash out if you are staying in the parking field
Follow signs and all staff instructions when parking
You may have access to the gate after hours ONLY if you have checked in prior to 7pm
If you are staff, artists, vendors, or volunteers you may check in at the gate by pulling up to it. Once you are inside proceed to the parking circle just before the info booth and portapotties. Someone will help guide you. Please do not just park wherever. We have a system we need to follow
ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN
Park responsibly and walk to the gate.
Give your full name (as seen on your ticket). If multiple tickets were purchased under one name, make sure others in your party know what name their ticket is under if you are showing up separately
YOU MUST check in at the Info Booth BEFORE setting up camp.
At the info booth you will be required to
Show one form of valid ID
Sign 3 liability waivers. You will be asked to leave if you refuse and no refund given.
Receive your wristband .Please wear your wristband for the entire weekend. I know it’s a pain but we have to be able to track people for safety reason
If someone is not at the gate between 10am-7pm proceed to the info booth immediately.
NOTE: This is a good time to pick up your shirt as supplies are limited
CAMPING INFO
You may not camp or park anywhere before the camping field sign. Once you see the vending circle/fire pit you will be near where you are allowed to camp
Do not camp near houses, structures, stages, or trails.
Look for the green barn, turn right up the hill. Follow the road until you see the “CAMPING” sign.
You may camp in the field on the left or the woods beyond the camping sign. You have access to this after hours as long as you have checked in and are mindful of the gate
Always follow staff instructions and posted signs.
Unsafe or improperly placed camps may be asked to move.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE PACKED AND OFF-SITE BY 12 PM ON MONDAY, JULY 13
(unless you're part of the clean-up crew).Please pack out your trash if possible. Use trash receptacles ONLY if you must. Our Monday cleaning crew is small, and your help makes a big difference. Best way to make us never have this event again is leaving a mess behind

What are the dates?
July 11th-13th, 2025.When do tickets go on sale?
February 14th 2025 @ 12pm PSTOkay I got my ticket but I cant come. Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
We do not offer refunds, as clearly stated on the event listing via Brown Paper Tickets.
Ticket transfers are allowed until July 8 at 12:00 PM PST. No changes will be accepted after this time.
To transfer a ticket:
The original ticket holder must email westsiege@gmail.com with:
Their full name (as it appears on the ticket)
The full legal name of the person receiving the ticket
The ticket confirmation code
CC the recipient in the email or forward the confirmation to the new ticket owner
The new ticket holder must bring a screenshot of the confirmation and provide their full name and your name at the gate. Their name will appear next to your name and be marked as XFER.
I see you will require release forms what is this?
When you check in you will then sign two release forms. One for Redhawk Avalon and one for Dungeon Siege West. You attend at your own riskWhen can I arrive?
Ticket holders may arrive as early as 10:00AM on Friday July, 11th for set up. Fridays show starts at around 6:00pm
When must I vacate the property?
Please be packed and leaving by 12PM Monday July, 14th.

Yes, many! Check them out here. Please note that due to the remote location, electronic payments are near impossible due to cell / wifi service availability. We recommend bringing cash.Is this festival fully outdoors?
Yes, it is 100% outdoors, rain or shine. July is usually a fairly dry month in Washington, but as this is the Northwest, be sure to pack for rain. it’s ALWAYS a possibility. Temps are a High of 72° and a Low of 50° on average. Be sure to pack layers and check the weather before you depart.Is there camping, and do I have to pay for a spot?
Yes, camping is included in the price of your ticket if you have a 3 day pass. If you have a day pass camping is not permitted. If you have too much fun you may car camp in the parking field. Please be safeCan I have a fire at my camp site?
Unfortunately, no. A communal bonfire will be held each night for everyone to enjoy. Please, no open flames. If you plan to cook, bring appropriate gear to do so such as a camp stove and fuel. If you would like to add to the communal pile of wood you’re welcome to do so and we would appreciate it!Where do I park?
Parking is outline at the top of the page. General attendees are permitted to park before the gate in the parking field
Can I bring an RV or camper?
We ask that you refrain from bringing your RV and or camper as they tend to get stuck particularly if it rains. Small camper vans and car camping is permitted. Be mindful of not taking up space next to you ask parking is limited. Only authorized personnel may drive past the gate so you will have a small trek to and from your set up (about 1/4 mile).Will there be power and running water?
This is a primitive camping area, so no, there will not be power or running water available. Please bring power banks and pack your food and water needs. Treat this as if you where going camping in a national park with dispersed camping but with porta-john facilities!Will there be food vendors?
There will be no food vendors at the event. This was never a guarantee stated previously, and we have strongly encouraged everyone to pack in and out their own food and water supply.That said, the nearby town of Pe Ell offers a few food options, including a small local market:

If you need a larger grocery store, there are several options in Chehalis, WA, about a 30-minute drive away.

Yes, this is an item you can pack in responsibly as long as it is legalWill there be bathrooms and showers?
There will be many porta-johns on site, which will be regularly maintained throughout the weekend. Showers will not be available, but there is a clear creek running through the property for your swimming and bathing needs. Please bring biodegradable, eco-friendly soap! Make sure to pack some extra toilet paper just in case.Are there hotels, cabins, or Airbnbs nearby?
Yes, but accommodations are limited in the area. Please note that the Redhawk Avalon land stewards lock the gates to the festival grounds at 7pm, so if you are permitted to park beyond the gate and will need to leave that you park in the general parking field.Is there cell phone service?
Cell phone service is limited if not non existent. Whispers of Verizon may work in Pe Ell, but it is not guaranteed. This is a great opportunity to unplug!What if there is an emergency?
There is a landline on grounds for those situations. There will also be medical staff on hand as well.Okay, so I'm going to camp. what should I bring?

This is an 18+ event as far as ticket sales go. There may be kids on the grounds due to the land stewards having families so if you see a kid or two running around don’t be alarmed they’re just playing in their back yard!How do I get there?
